What is a Lawn Care Specialist? Lawn Care Specialists represent our company to the public. They are clean, positive, and well mannered individuals who are experts in surveying and diagnosing lawn related issues, as well as understanding the appropriate necessary treatment.

A Lawn Care Specialist will be our representative to our customers, completing day-to-day on-site servicing, as well as demonstrating their knowledge and understanding of company equipment, products, and techniques used in our fertilization and pest management program.

Above all, our Lawn Care Specialists give our customers and their properties the attention and excellent service they deserve.

Essential Duties and Tasks : · Efficiently Fertilizer and apply weed control · Evaluate lawns and note any issues or concerns;

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions with the exception of snow. · Responsible for the safe operation and use of company vehicles.
• Demonstrate the appropriate and safe operation and use of restricted products and company equipment.· Responsible for cleaning assigned equipment and maintaining excellent housekeeping in the warehouse.

Minimum Requirements : · Must possess a valid Michigan State driver’s license with a clean driving record.· Must be clean and presentable.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.· Aptitude and willingness to learn about the industry.· Can follow directions and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work at a quick yet methodical pace· Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.· Must meet all physical requirements, including but not limited to;

independently lifting and carrying 50 lbs., walking, standing and bending for moderate periods of time.
